Guidelines for Authors

Clarity and Conciseness:
The manuscript should clearly communicate the central research problem, questions, hypotheses, methods, results, inferences and takeaways using simple, unambiguous language that general readers of the journal can comprehend without struggling through dense verbose passages cramming peripheral information. Authors are advised to organize content logically expressing concepts, statements and descriptions efficiently using just enough technical terminology required for accuracy while avoiding prolix writing packing excessive elaboration antithetical to concise communication for ensuring manuscript clarity. The focus is on authoritative yet accessible delivery optimizing reading ease without compromising scholarly depth or integrity through prudent word limits observance streamlining narratives for smooth readability while retaining substance.

Timeline:
The first decision of the submitted manuscript will be informed in 20 working days.Later on depending upon the decision by the technical reviewer committee the revisions will be reverted by the author(s) in the specified time.Once all reviewers comments are incorporated in the manuscript, the manuscript will be considered for publication in the upcoming issue.

Appeal against Rejection:
An author may submit a reasonable appeal to the editor contesting a manuscript's rejection if they believe there are justifiable grounds like scientific flaws, reviewer bias, or factual errors overlooked during the initial review process that could enable its reconsideration. The appeal letter should be submitted not later than 10 days from receiving the rejection decision listing in detail the specific causes for appeal - whether scientific, procedural or perceptual along with point-by-point clarifications addressing the concerns raised by reviewers. The editor-in-chief evaluates all appeals objectively, assisted by members of the editorial board while determining whether the reasons cited indeed have merit to warrant either a re-review, discussion at the next board meeting or reconfirmation of the original rejection based on failure to comply with guidelines or lacking novelty for current journal scope.

Originality:
The submitted manuscript must represent original work that has neither been published previously nor currently under review for publication elsewhere accounting fully for prior related research through appropriate referencing to avoid concerns of duplicate submission or plagiarism. Authors need to disclose the contributions, resources, data sources, and funding agencies supporting the presented research work including declarations around conflicts of interest that can undermine the independence or objectivity of findings shared in the manuscript.

Ethical Considerations:
Strict adherence to guidelines on ethical data collection practices, honesty in reporting, attribution and acknowledgment of intellectual contributions from various stakeholders is expected from all submitting authors according to the journal's code of conduct and international standards defined for academic publishing. The key focus is on ensuring the authenticity of manuscripts by evaluating associated transparency disclosures, prior publications overlap and extent of referenced credits warranted basis research dependencies. The author must clearly outline the ethical aspects of the research, including informed consent for human subjects, animal welfare, and proper handling of data.

Data Availability:
The journal expects authors to share the data that supports the results claimed in the submitted manuscript to enable reproducibility, comply with open data access policies mandated by publishers and funding agencies, and support transparency in research. The underlying data should be made available in a public repository or included as supplementary material at the time of submission, presented in accessible file formats, associated with a persistent identifier, and be adequately documented for consumers to correctly interpret the contents. If data cannot be shared publicly, authors should explain the restrictions, proprietary models or confidentiality agreements inhibiting public disclosure while the editorial team examines alternatives like providing detailed summaries of findings, sufficient quantitative statistics or availability upon reasonable requests to fellow academics to convey analytical substantiation. The key focus is on upholding expectations and intentions of open, shared research while balancing proprietary needs limiting public data releases through compromises that can enable analyses replication.

Acknowledgment of Contributions:
Authors must acknowledge all sources of research funding and individuals or organizations that had significantly contributed to designing the study, producing, analyzing or interpreting the results, but may not qualify as authors as per journal guidelines on authorship criteria needed for byline inclusion. The acknowledgments section, placed after conclusions, should disclose and appreciate all material or non-material support received from internal departments or parent institutions as well as external collaborating partners and scientific advisors recognizing their intellectual or technical contributions fairly. Besides funders and contributors, permissions granted from publishers, societies or individuals regarding reproduction of copyrighted material within the paper must also be clearly cited to ensure compliance with accepted scholarly reuse standards. The focus is on respecting all material contributions through proper acknowledgment delineations within manuscripts for supporting credit redistribution policies necessary for collaborative publishing ecosystem constituents.

Visual Clarity:
All illustrative elements presented in the submitted manuscript like diagrams, charts, figures, equations or tables must be clear, easy to comprehend and interpretable independent of the main text to provide visual grasp of the core concepts or findings on a standalone basis. Each visual component should have a concise title and/or caption that describes completely the trends, interpretations or inferences being depicted without needing extensive explanatory material within paragraphs to convey the illustrative intent or purpose for it to be self-contained. Adequate labels, keys, legends, markings should be incorporated in a visually uncluttered manner that uses suitable simplified infographics able to represent technical elements, features or details in an accurate diagrammatic form without crowding excessive callouts just for decorative elements detrimental for readability. The aim is efficient self-descriptive visual communication optimized for reader ergonomics through artful information design skills applied in author iterations that simplify and amplify rather than just decorate manuscripts.

Supplementary Material:
Authors can submit relevant supplementary material that directly supports key claims, findings or methodologies discussed in the main manuscript text as separate files for peer review and eventual publication if the paper gets accepted. The supplementary exhibits can comprise content that is helpful for comprehension but unsuitable for insertion within the article layouts including data tables, instrumentation diagrams, survey forms, specific mathematical proofs, simulation snapshots, experimental crux elements, audio samples or links to animation files hosted externally. Authors must ensure supplementary assets are prepared in stable usable file formats, enriched with descriptive titles, captions, legends and other settings like cell formulas where applicable so that they remain interpretable independently allowing reviewers and readers seamless substantive evaluation correlation to entities referenced in the main flow. The purpose is providing unobtrusive enriching artifacts aiding evidence-based verifiability for specific paper segments without compromising script readability.
